The annual Federal Impact Aid form is now available in Skyward.

Please log into your Skyward Family Access
Account account and complete the Impact Aid Form.
This survey provides vital information for determining how much Impact Aid funding the Anacortes School District will receive from the federal government.

The Impact Aid law (now Title VII of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (ESEA)) provides assistance to local school districts with concentrations of children residing on Indian lands, military bases, low-rent housing properties, or other Federal properties and, to a lesser extent, concentrations of children who have parents in the uniformed services or employed on eligible Federal properties who do not live on Federal property. These funds help to make up for lost tax revenue to local school districts due to non-taxable federal property within their boundaries. The amount of Impact Aid is determined by the number of students with parents who live or work on federal property. Even if you don't believe you qualify, please submit a form.
