Fill out both the Free & Reduced Meal Application and the Consent to Share form, and return it to our Food and Nutrition office, or any school or district office. 

All information received regarding free & reduced eligibility is kept confidential and only shared with staff who need to know.

Students can qualify for Free meals by:

HOUSEHOLD INCOME using the USDA income guidelines.

SNAP, TANF, FIDPR  - if you are receiving any of these benefits you can receive free meals. You must include a case number on your application to be approved.

FOSTER CHILD, MIGRANT, HOMELESSNESS - Students under any of these categories automatically qualify 

CEP Schools - All students enrolled in CAP SANTE HIGH SCHOOL will receive free meals

Cap Sante Students 

FAMILY INCOME SURVEY - for all Cap Sante High School students only. Results will not affect free meal eligibility for Cap Sante High School students, but it will ensure optimal funding for this school! 

Get your application filled out soon to maximize meal benefits and avoid meal debt! Remember to complete the Consent to Share Eligibility form to receive additional discounted fees!  Households may submit an application or Family Income Survey at any time during the school year.
