Athletes should have all their "paperwork" completed through Final Forms prior to the first practice. Also, a current sports physical is required to participate.

Required gear: Wrestling shoes, headgear, singlet

The headgear and singlet will be provided by AMS at the first practice and must be returned when Wrestling ends. You can purchase your own headgear if you'd prefer. See HERE for the preferred style. Wrestling shoes must be purchased on your own prior to the start of the season.
