FinalForms is the program that ASD uses for all students to sign up for team sports in their school. Please log on to sign up for any sports your athlete is interested in participating in. This is also the primary platform that AMS and team coaches will communicate with students and their families for anything sport related. 

Athletes/parents/guardians must complete all required forms in FinalForms to participate on the first day of practice. (Login information is the same as your Skyward account.)
